Andorra SMM Bot ("the Service") is an internal social-media content management tool operated to prepare and publish content to a small, specifically authorized set of TikTok business accounts on behalf of their owners.
The Service is not open to the public and does not accept new users or sign-ups. It operates exclusively for the following TikTok accounts, whose owners have granted authorization through TikTok's official OAuth flow:
The Service allows its operator, acting on behalf of and with the consent of each account owner, to prepare content and publish it directly to the authorized account via the TikTok Content Posting API. Published content is reviewed by the account owner or the operator prior to publishing.
By authorizing the App, the account owner confirms they have the right to grant this access and remain responsible for complying with TikTok's own Community Guidelines and Terms of Service for all content published through the App.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Publishing may be delayed or fail due to TikTok API limits, outages, or maintenance.
Any account owner may revoke the App's access at any time via TikTok's account settings. The operator may also discontinue the Service, or an individual account's access, at its discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued authorization of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
